What is your turn around time?

I try to get you your photos as soon as possible (trust me I'm just as excited as you are!). For weddings & elopements you will receive early sneak peeks within 3-7 days of your wedding to share your joy with family and friends right away. Then your final gallery will be delivered within 90 days, but often much sooner! For portrait sessions, delivery time is within 4-6 weeks.

How will I receive my photos?

Your photos will be delivered on an online platform organized by each part of the day. Within the platform is a print shop + a guest link to share with all your favorite humans!

Can my dog be a part of my wedding?

Absolutely, 10000% yes! Pets are family in my eyes, and I love the joy they bring to any wedding day. They can even sign your marriage license in Colorado with a paw print!

Unsure how to involve them in a way that doesn't stress you out/take away from your celebration, let's chat more about it!

We're not photogenic. Can you help?

Believe it or not, most people I photograph tell me they're camera shy, so I promise you are not alone! I want every session to be an experience of spending quality time together instead of simply checking something off a to do list. When you're having fun, that shines through in your photos too!

Before the session or wedding, I will send you a questionnaire to really get to know you on a more personal level. This allows me to adapt my shooting style to what feels most genuine to you. I take the approach of "prompts" vs "poses" which allow you to be yourself first, and then me to make minor adjustments from there. For example, I may say "snuggle up like you're watching the sunset" which allows you to get cozy and close naturally, and then I may have you tilt your chin up, have your partner move a stray hair away from your face, or have you interact with each other through kisses or tickles.

How far in advance do you take bookings?

For weddings and elopements, I take bookings starting 1.5 years in advance and always recommend reaching out as soon as you can. Wedding dates between August - October are most popular and book up the fastest!

For portrait sessions, I take bookings starting 4 months out.

Do you photoshop your images?

While I can do anything from putting you on a beach in the Maldives, give you 5 different dress changes, or try out that new haircut with bangs you've been considering, my goal for your wedding album isn't to have every single picture look perfect. It's to make every photo feel true to the day you actually experienced.

Sure there's the occasional ceremony when Uncle Jerry photobombs your first kiss or the wind takes it's own liberty with your hairstyle. Life inevitably happens, and when it does, I'm happy to step in for to make sure your photos reflect the true essence of each moment.

Do you have Colorado wedding vendor recommendations?

Yes! Your vendors have a huge impact on your wedding day experience, so I would love nothing more than to connect you with some of my favorite people I've worked with.

Included in your onboarding as a client is an extensive local Colorado list, but if you need additional recommendations for a location beyond that, I have an amazing community of photographers all over the place who I can reach out to for additional recommendations! You focus on the flower colors, cake flavors, and the fun stuff, and I'll connect you to the best humans to bring that vision to life!

How you protect your photos from getting lost?

Preserving your most precious memories is something I don't take lightly. On your wedding day, I shoot on two different cameras, with 2 duplicate memory cards in each. After the wedding I upload all of your photos to both my physical hard drive as well as my cloud storage. This means each photo is saved in 4 different places within hours of your celebration.

Do you offer wedding albums and prints?

Absolutely! While digital photos are nice to have, seeing your memories in physical print is something truly special. My hope is that every wedding couple chooses to bring their photos to life is some form so that they can relive the memories over and over again.

To make this as easy as possible, I can handle the entire design process. You pick your favorite photos, and I will take care of the rest! I use a high-end, specialized album print company that offers endless variety in customization and the promise of longevity through quality of their products so as you grow old, your album stays young

Do you offer payment plans?

Of course! Typically for weddings and elopements, I break your investment up into 3 different payments. If you would like additional increments, just let me know and I'm happy to work with you to accommodate your financial situation.

I am based out of Silverthorne, Colorado, an area jam-packed with stunning overlook views and picturesque backdrops.
